abstract:

"truth where did you i we go"is an exploration and collage of sound frequencies and visual imagery from NYC, investigating emotional spaces, cyclical patterns, and colors experienced during a walk through the city. It combines actual city sounds sirens, concerts, subway stations, car horns, air conditioning units, and bodega chains—with visual cues from original moments captured on 16mm film, including paint overlays etched into film. These elements are inspired by brief pauses, breaths, spontaneous moments, and chance encounters, remixing them to reflect one perspective on the emotional undertones amidst what some would call ‘chaos’
